Terms of Service

By accessing or using OppStream you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is provided by OppStream, HaReches Blvd 13, Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut 7178628, Israel.

OppStream helps businesses research potential customers and prepare outreach, including AI-generated research, messages and video. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate — review it before you use it.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you register with.

Paid plans are billed per seat, in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our reseller and merchant of record. Fees already paid are not refunded — the free plan is there so that evaluating OppStream costs nothing — except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise. Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves your access in place until the period you have paid for ends. See our Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of the content you provide and of what the service produces for you. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service. We do not sell your data or use it to train models.

OppStream researches, drafts and helps you send outreach to people and companies you choose. Every decision to contact someone is yours: who they are, whether you may lawfully write to them, what you send, and when you stop. We act on your instructions and do not make those decisions for you.

You confirm that you will only contact people you are legally permitted to contact, and that you are responsible for complying with every law that applies to you and to your recipients, including without limitation the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the national rules that sit under it (such as Germany’s UWG), the ePrivacy Directive and its national implementations, the United States CAN-SPAM Act, Israel’s Communications Law (Amendment 40) and Protection of Privacy Law, and any equivalent law elsewhere. Where a law requires consent before a first message, obtaining that consent is your responsibility.

You will honour every request to stop, promptly and permanently. The service records opt-outs and will not write to an opted-out address again; you agree not to circumvent that.

For the personal data of the people you research and contact, you are the controller and OppStream is your processor. We process that data only to provide the service to you and on your instructions, keep it in the European Union, do not sell it, and do not use it to train models. We use hosting, storage, email-delivery and AI-model providers to operate the service; a list is available on request.

You will indemnify OppStream against any claim, fine, penalty or cost arising from your outreach, your choice of recipients, or your breach of this section.

You may not use OppStream to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, to impersonate anyone, to break any law that applies to you, or to interfere with the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may change, and may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
