By accessing or using OppStream you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service is provided by OppStream.
Description of Service
OppStream helps businesses research potential customers and prepare outreach, including AI-generated research, messages and video. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate — review it before you use it.
User Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you register with.
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you provide and of what the service produces for you. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service. We do not sell your data or use it to train models.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use OppStream to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, to impersonate anyone, to break any law that applies to you, or to interfere with the service.
You decide who to contact, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis for contacting them and for honouring opt-out requests. Rules differ by country and complying with them is your responsibility.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may change, and may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
