We collect the information you give us when you create an account and use OppStream: your name, email address, and the content you create or upload. If you connect an email or CRM account, we access it to provide the features you asked for.

OppStream also gathers business information about companies and their staff from publicly available sources, on behalf of the customer who asked for it.

To operate and improve the service, to communicate with you about it, and to keep it secure.

We process customer information to provide the service you signed up for. We process business contact information about prospective customers on the basis of legitimate interests. You can object to that at any time.

If you received a message and want to know why, a customer of ours used OppStream to research your company. We may hold your name, job title, and business contact details, gathered from public sources.

To have it removed, use the unsubscribe link in the message or write to us at the address below. We will delete it and add you to a do-not-contact list.

We use service providers to operate OppStream:

• Cloud infrastructure and storage providers, which host the service and its data
• AI model providers, which perform research and drafting
• Email delivery providers, which send messages on our behalf

Some of these providers operate outside your country, including outside Europe. They process data on our instructions only.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers above and where the law requires it.

Data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access, correct, export or delete your information, and object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days, free of charge.

If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

We keep information for as long as your account is active, and for a period afterwards where we need to for legal or operational reasons. Do-not-contact records are kept indefinitely so that we can honour them.

OppStream is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
