Refund Policy

The Free plan is how you try OppStream: one seat and ten opportunities in total, with no card required and no time limit on using them. Ten researched companies — the accounts, the people inside them and the reason to reach out — is enough to judge whether the research is any good on your own market.

We would rather you decided that way than pay first and ask for the money back, which is why the free plan is a plan rather than a countdown and why there is no card involved in it.

Payments are not refunded. When you subscribe, OppStream begins researching companies for you immediately, and that research — the accounts, the buying committees, the drafted outreach — is delivered as it is produced and cannot be returned. The cost of producing it is incurred at the same moment.

This is why the free plan exists and why it asks for no card: the point at which to decide whether OppStream is for you is before you pay, not after.

Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund that this policy does not, that right stands and we will honour it.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date and you will not be charged again, and your access continues until the period you have paid for ends.

If something genuinely went wrong — a renewal on a workspace nobody had opened in months, or a charge you cannot account for — write to us. We will look at it on the facts. That is a judgement we make case by case rather than a window you can rely on.

Moving to a higher plan, or adding a team member, is charged pro rata for the rest of the current period. Moving to a lower plan, or removing a member, is credited the same way against your next payment. No refund is needed for these changes; the difference is settled on the next invoice.

An admin cancels from the Billing page of your workspace, under Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your data stays in the workspace on the free plan.

Email privacy@oppstream.ai from the address on your account, with the workspace name. We reply within two business days. Where a refund is agreed, it is returned to the original payment method and takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Payments for OppStream are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles the charge, the tax on it, the invoice and the returns; its name appears on your statement. Paddle's own buyer terms apply alongside this policy. Paddle may also act on a payment dispute under its own terms and its card-network obligations, whatever this page says.
